Amanda can help you achieve that relaxation through a full body massage, with special attention to areas that may be additionally fatigued from caring for your new baby.
Craniosacral Therapy and/or Reiki - 60 minute session $75 Cranial sacral therapy is a light hands on therapy that works with the cranium (head), parts of the pelvis, and the spine for whole body wellness. Amanda studied under Dr. Upledger to learn this therapeutic technique that helps re-establish the proper flow of cerebral spinal fluid throughout the Dural Tube. The Dural Tube is a tadpole like structure that surrounds our brain and extends though the center of the spinal column all the way down to our tail bone. With light touch the therapist completes circuit in body allowing the body to work towards homeostasis. Private Kundalini Yoga Session - 60 minutes $50 Kundalini yoga is a body technology dealing with movement practices, mantra, and meditation.
Ceremonial Bodywork Session - 80 minutes $150 Ceremonial body work is ideal for transitional moments in life, such as trying to conceive, or after the birth of a baby. A scared blend of incense is burned as you set a direct intention, and are led in guided breath work. Integrations of all morality’s bodywork session is included, Tibetan singing bowl bath.
Moon/Menstrual Cycle Empowerment - $40 Become empowered as you learn more about your body and how the moon is related to your cycle. During an initial 30 minute session, Amanda will explain how to work with your menstrual cycles, and how the moon effects you. During the next three months, enjoy weekly check ins as you discuss the changes you experience in your body throughout your cycle.
